This policy explains how UbiHex LLC (“UbiHex”, “we”) handles information on ubihex.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect your name, email, message, and optional company name. We also store a short-lived verification code so we can confirm the email is yours. Server logs and Firebase / Google Analytics may record technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed.
Why we collect it
To reply to project inquiries, stop form abuse, understand which pages people use, and keep the site reliable. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Processors that run this site: Firebase (hosting, Firestore, Analytics, App Check), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error reports). They only get what they need to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions stay until we no longer need them to handle your request or our records. Verification codes expire quickly. Analytics data follows the retention set in Google Analytics.
Your choices
Email hello@ubihex.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion of a contact submission. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the site still works.
